Part I.  Information Collection
Bay City Youth Soccer Club collects information through our Web site at several points when forms are filled out for our club.

We collect various types of personally identifiable information which is provided to our parent organizations. Bay City Youth Soccer Club does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect demographic data in order to apply for grants to help reduce the cost of registration.

We verify the accuracy of this information by registration forms.

We collect this information through registration forms, adult forms and KidSafe applications.  The information is collected voluntarily.   However for your child to play soccer all of this information is mandatory because it is required by STYSA. 

We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier that can be used to track their internet usage.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by Bay City Youth Soccer Club will be used for our club activities only. 

We do share data with the following third parties: BYSA, STYSA and  USYSA.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

Our Web site may offer forums or message boards.  Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge. 

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by individual mailings within 2 weeks of any changes.

Part III.  Access to Information
Bay City Youth Soccer Club maintains the accuracy of our information by yearly registration and for KidSafe through STYSA background checks.  Any parent or guardian may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find, by calling the President.   You may have us delete your information from our database by request after the registration period has expired.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, you may contact Bay City Youth Soccer Club by phone, mail or e-mail.  We are committed to resolving disputes in a timely manner.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
Bay City Youth Soccer Club protects user information with the following security measures: secure server, firewall, and other technology and procedures to protect your privacy.
